Whole-Home Remodels
Floor-plan rework, structural changes, MEP upgrades, and finishes, coordinated by one team.
The home that worked for you ten years ago may not be the home you need today. A whole-home remodel is the chance to fix the layout problems you live around every day, not just refresh finishes. ORO handles the entire scope: design, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, finishes, and the punch list at the end.
One team. One schedule. One project lead. That is how a renovation this big stays on track.

Common Questions
How long does a whole-home remodel take?
Most ORO whole-home remodels run 4 to 9 months depending on scope. Larger projects with structural work, additions, or HOA review can extend that. You get a written schedule with milestones before we start.
Can we live in the house during construction?
Sometimes. We can phase the work to keep parts of the house functional, especially the kitchen and one bath. For larger jobs, or if the work is concentrated in one area, many clients find it less stressful to step out for the messiest weeks.
What does a whole-home remodel cost?
Whole-home remodels in DFW start in the low six figures and can run substantially higher depending on size, finish level, structural work, and city. After the design phase you get a detailed line-item estimate.
Do you handle the design, or do I need an architect?
Both work. Many of our whole-home remodels are designed in-house, so you have one team. If your project requires a licensed architect, for example complex structural work or exterior changes in a historic district, we coordinate with one and stay involved through construction.
