Commercial Construction
Restaurants, retail, office, healthcare, and multifamily buildouts, finished on schedule so you can open on time.
Commercial construction is a different kind of project: every day past your scheduled opening is a day you are not making money. ORO runs commercial buildouts as turnkey jobs, design, demolition, MEP, finishes, FF&E coordination, and the certificate of occupancy, with the schedule discipline tenants and franchisees actually need.
We have built restaurants (Tazikis, Coolgreens), retail (GNC), and healthcare (ReBalance Physical Therapy), as well as office and multifamily projects across DFW. Every project gets a dedicated project manager, a published schedule, and weekly progress reviews.

Common Questions
How fast can you turn around a buildout?
It depends on the space and the scope. A simple retail refresh might be 6 to 10 weeks. A full restaurant buildout is typically 14 to 22 weeks. Large office or healthcare projects are longer. We commit to a schedule during pre-construction, not based on a wishlist.
Do you handle franchise and brand specs?
Yes. We have built to franchise and corporate brand specs across food service, retail, and healthcare. We work directly with brand construction managers and architects to keep the project in spec without surprises.
Can you help with site selection or lease evaluation?
Yes. As a pre-construction service we walk candidate sites, evaluate what each would cost to fit out, and flag risks (roof condition, MEP capacity, ADA gaps, hidden code requirements). Many tenants find this saves them from picking the wrong space.
Do you do ADA compliance work?
Yes, both new construction and remediation of existing spaces. We can also coordinate green-building and sustainability planning where relevant.
