ORO Construction & Design is a Dallas-Fort Worth design-and-build firm. We work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home renovations, custom builds, and commercial spaces, the work clients live with every day, and the work that has to be right.

What sets us apart is straightforward: design and construction live under the same roof. The interior designer who draws your kitchen sits next to the project manager who builds it. The renderings you approve are the renderings we build to. There is one schedule, one budget, and one point of accountability, not a chain of subcontractors pointing at each other.

Our Six-Step Roadmap

Every project, residential or commercial, follows the same documented process so nothing slips and everyone is on the same page.

    Initial Meeting

    Vision discovery, scope feasibility, site walkthrough, and preliminary measurements.

    Design Development

    Floor plans, design concepts, finish selections, and a preliminary budget.

  3. 3

    Pre-Construction Planning

    Construction drawings, materials, permits, and a final schedule and estimate.

  4. 4

    Construction

    Site prep, demolition, build-out, weekly progress meetings, and quality checks.

  5. 5

    Punch List

    Walkthroughs, final inspections, and approvals before turnover.

  6. 6

    Project Review

    Professional cleaning, final photography, and your honest feedback.
